About Instructor

• Naman Mohnot is an alumnus of National Law University, Delhi. He is an Advocate practicing before the Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan as well as other Hon’ble Courts and Forums.
• He has authored the book ‘Judgments that Shaped the Indian Jurisprudence, Supreme Court Ruling in Perspective (1950-2016)’ and also authored India’s first legal text on Surrogacy, “Surrogacy & the Law”,
